Finned tubes for improved heat exchange [New idea]

The finned tubes are manufactured with the help of industrially built pipes and have fins on their exterior sides that increase the surface portion of this tube as an effort to extend their conductivity through heat exchanger or any additional process, also the aircon fan coil supplied by SJEA. In this configuration the thermal fins act as an extended surface area to facilitate better heat exchange between the tube and surrounding medium. Fins are applied to the finned tubes by different ways one of the way is mechanical pressing fins over a surface area of pipe. The fins are usually constructed with materials such as Aluminum, copper or steel to dissipate heat produced throughout. Additionally, tubing with fins applied over the outside of tube walls can be treated in a corrosion-resistant material to withstand harsh environmental conditions.
